Four Simple Steps to Fill Online Application Form
  • Step 1: Click on Register link and fill the Online Application Form. Candidates are advised to note down his/her system generated Application Number after filling the personnel information click on save button and the candidate should supply all the details while filling the online Application Form and no columns shall be kept vacant. After successful submission of the data, Application number will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining steps of the Application Form and also required for all future correspondence. For subsequent logins, candidate will be able to Sign In directly with his/her respective system generated Application Number and Date of Birth. This Application Number and Date of Birth are required for subsequent operation(s); hence the candidate should keep a printout of the same with him for ready reference.
  • Step 2: Candidate must upload his/her scanned images of Photograph and Signature. The scanned images of photograph, Signature should be in jpg/jpeg format only. The Size of the photo image must be less than 50 Kb.
  • Step 3: Candidate has to pay examination fee through online Payment Gateway.
  • Step 4: After Final Submission of the Online Application Form, candidate will take printout of his/her Application Form for further reference.
  • Note: Only after successful payment, the online application form will be considered as finally submitted and its printout will be generated. If the candidates are not able to print the final online application form, it means that the online application form has not been submitted successfully. Therefore, the candidates are advised to ensure the printed copy of online submitted application form for further reference.

  • Candidates can apply online for the written examination to be held on 17th Sept., 2017 for recruitment of Assistant Managers in HP State Co-Operative Bank Ltd. (Scheduled Bank) Head Office, The Mall, Shimla-171001 on regular basis on the HP University www.hpuniv.nic.in & University web Portal Website www: http://recruitment.hpushimla.in Before applying candidates in their own interest are advised to go through the detailed instructions in the “PROSPECTUS” carefully which is available on the university website www: hpuniv.nic.in and university web Portal ( www: http://recruitment.hpushimla.in ) The University will not undertake detailed scrutiny of applications for eligibility and other aspects at the time of written examination and, therefore, the candidature is accepted only provisionally. The candidates are advised to go through the requirements of educational qualification, age, category, DOB and other particular etc. and satisfy themselves that they are eligible before applying. Copies of supporting documents will be sought only from those candidates who qualify for the personal/oral examination as per norms. At the time of scrutiny if any claim in the application is not found substantiated, the candidature will be cancelled. The decision of the bank in this regard shall be final

  • Candidate should enter his/her particulars i.e. Name, Father Name, Mother Name & Date of Birth as per His/her Secondary Education Board Class X Certificate.
  • Please read the instructions and proceed carefully before you start filling the online application form. Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given in the Prospectus and on the University website
  • Candidates shall apply online on University Website from 11-08-2017 to 31-08-2017. No application will be entertained thereafter.
  • After last date, 3 days will be given to all candidates for making corrections if any in online application form i.e. 1-9-2017 to 3-09-2017.
  • The Admit Cards will be uploaded on the University Web Portal. The Candidates will be able to download/print the Admit Cards. The Admit Card will not be sent to Candidates by post.
  • Candidate is allowed to submit only one Application Form.
  • Application Forms through fax/post shall not be entertained and University does not take responsibility to inform such candidates.
  • Use of Electronic Gadgets is strictly prohibited in the Examination Hall.
  • The applicants are strongly advised to apply online well in time without waiting for the last date of submission of online application
